5. (1) The Custodian shall keep a record of all properties which he has refused to take into his custody or to bring under his supervision or control and shall from time to time, and, if the exigencies of the service so permit, not less frequently than once in each month, forward to the Chief Civil Affairs Officer a list, in duplicate, giving particulars of all such properties since the rendition of the last list.

(2) Such list shall be in Form No.3 in the Schedule or in a form as near thereto as may in the circumstances be convenient.

(3) Where the name and address of the owner of any such property are known notice of the Custodi an's decision shall be sent to him.
